Traditions Pottery, Rebekah pitcher made by Janet Bolick Calhoun *The shape of this pitcher is like the shape used in Bible days. A rope would be tied around the handle, and then lowered into the well. When the pitcher was raised up, the water would not spill. The long narrow neck is challenging to make, but stands tall and graceful. Due to the style, the pitcher does NOT pour well, and intended more for display. The card reads; Genises 24:45 "Rebekah came forth with her pitcher on her shoulder, and she went down unto the well, and drew water" * Comes with scripture card. About 8" tall.If item is in stock, it will ship within 3
