Here are 2 recipes that work well for this size,
Mini Cream Cheese Pound Cake
1 stick Margarine at room temp
3 oz cream cheese at room temp
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla
2 eggs room temp
1 cup all purpose flour, sifted

preheat oven to 320 F

Spray pottery bundt pan with Pam or use flour and Crisco.
Cream together butter, sugar and cream cheese until lightly fluffy. Add eggs one at a time mixing well. Add vanilla stir flour mixing wiell. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or test with toothpick. Cool on rack 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Mini Chocolate Chip Pound Cake
4 oz margarine at room temp 2 large eggs, room temp
1 cup sugar 3/4 tsp vanilla 1 cup all purpose flour sifter
2 oz sour cream 1 tsp heavy cream
2 TBL spoon semi sweet mini chocolate chip cookies
1 oz melted semi sweet chocolate square (bakers chocolate)
2 TBL spoon chopped pecans

Preheat the oven to 320 F prepare pottery bundt pan with non- stick spray or do the grease and flour method.

Melt 1 oz chocolate square with 1 teaspoon of heavy cream over double boiler. Beat margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add vanill and sour cream. Stir in flour and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon flour to chocolate chips & peacans, add add butter. pour into mini cake pan. Bake for one hour.
